DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Logan Airport:

• Follow signs for Airport Exit.
• Bear left at Route 1A South to Sumner Tunnel/Boston and I-93. Continue on Route 1A, through the Sumner Tunnel.
• On exiting the tunnel, follow signs to I-93 South to Mass Pike (I-90)/Quincy.
• Continue on I-93 South for approximately 1 mile. Take Exit 20 for I-90, Mass Turnpike West/Albany Street.
• Take Mass Turnpike West (approximately 10 miles) to Exit 14/Route 95/Route 128 North (toll station at the exit).
• Bear right out of the toll station to Route 95/128 North. Watch for Exit 29A Route 2 East (toward Cambridge).
• Take Route 2 East for 1/4 mile to first exit, Exit 53 Waltham/Spring Street.
• Follow the off-ramp to the right and at the stop sign take a right onto Spring Street.
• Take the next right onto Hayden Avenue. See below for parking information.
• Drive time is approximately 30 minutes.

From Boston/East:

• Take the Mass Turnpike West to Exit 14/Route 95/128 North: (Toll Station at exit).
• Bear to the right out of toll booth to Route 95/128 North.
• Watch for Exit 29A Route 2 East toward Cambridge.
• Take Route 2 East for 1/4 mile to first exit, Exit 53 (Waltham/Spring Street).
• Follow the off-ramp to the right and at the stop sign take a right onto Spring Street.
• Take the next right onto Hayden Ave.

From Route 2 West:

• Take Exit 54A Waltham Street, Waltham.
• Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Hayden Avenue.  The 99 Hayden Avenue/Ledgemont Center driveway is on the right.

From Framingham/West:

• Mass Turnpike East to Exit 14/Route 95/128 North: (Toll Station at exit)
• Bear to the right out of toll booth to Route 95/128 North.
• Watch for Exit 29A Route 2 East toward Cambridge.
• Take Route 2 East for one quarter mile to the first exit, Exit 53 (Waltham/Spring Street)
• Follow the off-ramp to the right and at the stop sign take a right onto Spring
• Street.
• Take the next right onto Hayden Ave. The 99 Hayden Avenue/Ledgemont Center driveway is the first left.

From Route 128 North/South:

• Watch for Exit 29A Route 2 East toward Cambridge.
• Take Route 2 East for 1/4 mile to the first exit, Exit 53 (Waltham/Spring Street).
• Follow the off-ramp to the right and at the stop sign take a right onto Spring Street.
• Take the next right onto Hayden Avenue. The 99 Hayden Avenue/Ledgemont Center driveway is the first left.

Parking Information:

From the Hayden Avenue entrance, take your first left. Take a sharp right at the stop sign.  Visitor parking is on the left.  Suite 500 is directly across from the visitor parking.   If the visitor parking lot is full, additional parking is available in the covered garage, located to the left of the visitor parking.
